By accessing or using Tuitionverse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What Tuitionverse is

Tuitionverse is a listing and introduction platform that helps students and parents discover local tutors, and helps tutors reach potential students. Tuitionverse is not the employer of any tutor, is not a party to any tuition arrangement made between a student and a tutor, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, qualifications, or conduct of any tutor or student listed on or using the Platform.

3. Tutor listings

Tutor applications are reviewed by Tuitionverse before being published, but this review does not constitute a background check, identity verification, or certification of teaching ability unless explicitly stated on a tutor's profile. Students and parents are responsible for exercising their own judgment — including meeting in safe locations and verifying credentials — before engaging a tutor.

4. User responsibilities

• You will provide accurate information when submitting a tutor application or a contact request.
• You will not use the Platform to harass, spam, or mislead other users.
• You will not scrape, copy, or redistribute tutor listings or contact information obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to arranging tuition.

5. Fees

Use of the Platform to browse listings is currently free. Tuitionverse may introduce fees, commissions on successful matches, or paid listing tiers in the future; any such changes will be communicated before they take effect.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuitionverse is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a tuition arrangement, interaction, or transaction between a student/parent and a tutor, whether or not that arrangement originated through the Platform.

7. Account termination

Tuitionverse may suspend or remove any listing or account that violates these terms, provides false information, or is reported for inappropriate conduct.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
